Management is a very  relevant subject As  even after clearing the UPSC Exam it becomes an integral part of an IAS officer’s work profile. Although Management as an optional is not a very popular subject but still it has been considered as a safe choice. The optional subject has 2 papers which  carry 250 marks each. Choosing the right optional can make or break your preparation.So should I choose management?should I go for some other subject?will taking management help me?what strategy should I follow? To all those who are facing a similar dilemma the answer totally depends on your interest.

So how do we prepare for the subject? What is the syllabus and booklist? How should we strategize our preparation for better results?

Firstly, go through the previous year question paper to know the pattern and kind of questions asked.
